Inspired by my experiences in observing marine life directly. Spent some diving Hanama Bay in Hawaii. Observed octopus in the wild. Amazing experience! I saw a documentary titled “My Octopus Teacher” and had to honor this woferful marine creature with a painting. I used a 3D a—roach on 2 sheets of plexiglass painting each creature of the deep to form the octopus.
